Founded by Emil A. Frank, the company began as a small shop specializing in the manufacture of pipe fitting patterns. In 1970, they moved into the drain manufacturing business with the invention of the "Instant Set," neoprene compression joint. It was just what the plumbing industry had been waiting for...top quality products with easy installation.

From that time, the company has continued to grow and prosper, adding new lines while adhering to their strict code of quality materials and workmanship at reasonable prices.
